We are looking for our captains for this coming season.  Please use the fillable pdf from to fill out your application and then send back to Coach Judy @ [email protected] .  Applications are due August 31st.

Applicants must have been on HCYA Warrior Swim Team at least one season before they can apply. 

Please be sure to read the responsibilities and code before signing the form and sending it back.

The board leaders will come together and review the applications and make a decision on our captains for this year.  Captains will be announced at the meet and greet get together in September.
