The Warriors are proud to honor Freshman Briana Tejada as our 2018-19 Female Most Improved Swimmer! Briana showed tremendous growth this season, not only in dropped times, but in the qualities that define an exceptional athlete. As a freshman, Briana was confronted with moments on the blocks that required confidence and a positive mental attitude to help her conquer challenges for the benefit of her relays and the team at-large. She rose to every occasion! As a newcomer, Briana blossomed as she quietly and humbly led by example, motivating her teammates to follow her actions. Above all, Briana was grateful for each opportunity afforded to her as a team member, not as an individual, but as a spirited, smiling, and supportive Warrior teammate. Briana's growth this season makes her truly deserving of this fine honor!
