We just received notice that the HAPPI Championship is on the books.  The only problem is that they need entries by WEDNESDAY December 23rd.  Although this is a Varsity Meet, we need EVERYONE to declare.  Below is directly from the host team

Due to the overwhelming response and the capacity limitations at UH right now, we are forced to reimage how this meet will look. This year we will need to limit the number of entries as well as split the meet into two sessions: girls in the morning and boys in the afternoon. We know this is not ideal, but in order to have this meet, these are the restrictions that will need to be in place. Also, due to the low number of swimmers and length of pool rental, the cost will be much higher than normal, again depending on total number of swimmers, it could be up to around $50 per swimmer.

Since this is the Houston City Championship meet we would like to keep it as competitive as possible. Our goal is to take up to the top 16 swimmers and top 8 relays for each event.

Cost is going to increase dramatically for this meet and we might need to request a contribution from the swimmers attending the meet.  Please be aware of that as you commit. 

Since this is extremely last minute, please be sure to either make a note or select your BEST 2 events to make line up a little easier.  They are only running the top 2 heats of every event and only 1 heat of relays.
