WHEN: Saturday, September 28, 2024 Warmups: Begins at 8:15AM

Meet Start: 9:30am

WHERE: Angleton ISD Aquatic Center (1 Stadium Drive, Angleton, TX 77515) *Outdoor competition pool with separate warm-up/warm-down pool

MEET WARM-UP: 8:15 am; please arrive and check-in with Coach Allison by 7:45 AM MEET START TIME: 9:30am (Finish time 1:00pm -approximately)

They are running two pools Girls diving well pool Boys middle pool

IMPORTANT:

• ● Please drop your athletes off and park on the far side of the Stadium.
• ● If the Host Team calls for volunteers to time, please be ready to help.
• ● This meet is designed for coaches to get a baseline of times for all swimmers on

  all strokes. Unless there is a medical reason you cannot swim an event, we

  expect you to swim all events listed.

• ● Concessions will be available for purchase - drinks, snacks, breakfast and lunch

  items. This is a longer meet, please be sure swimmers are prepared with

  appropriate food and drinks.

• ● HCYA swimmers will be assigned a setup spot on the deck by the pool.

  Swimmers will need to bring a chair or blanket to sit on. In the past, we have

  been relocated and in need of tents. Please bring tents. See Team Set-up

• ● Bleacher space will be available for parents. However, it is recommended that you pack a chair or blanket for seating in the grassy area outside of the pool.

  Tents can also be set up outside of the pool area.

• ● We highly suggest everyone bring mosquito spray.
