MEET WARM-UP:
Prelims: Warm-ups begin at 9:00 am. Please check in with Coach Allison between 8:15 & 8:30AM Finals: 4:30-5:15 PM. Check back in with Coach Allison by 4:15 PM.

MEET START TIME:
Prelims: 10:30 am Finals: 5:30 pm

COACH JUDY & ALLSION’S MEET DRESS REQUIREMENTS: Must dress warmly - wear parkas, sweats and shoes in Natatorium No showing up in t-shirts, flip flops, and shorts. So Dress properly!

SOCIAL: Please join The Torres family's "Rudder House" between prelims & finals for lunch and to rest at 115 Lee Ave, College Station, TX 77840. Please bring your own lunch or have it delivered.

Additional Info:

● Parking: Parking is free on the surface lots after 5pm on Thursday, except where designated. The West Campus Parking Garage in front of the Rec Center are never free. Please drop off athletes at the circle drive in front of the Rec Center.

● Reminder – All relays will be swum during finals. Therefore, all swimmers are expected to attend both prelims and finals sessions

● Finals & Scratching: It is expected that all swimmers who qualify for finals will swim in finals. If for some reason a scratch is needed, DO NOT scratch without first talking to Coach Allison. Meet rules: Any finalist who fails to report to the starting blocks for finals or consolation finals, for which he has qualified and failed to scratch with the Clerk of Course prior to the scratch deadline, shall be banned from further competition.

● Timing shifts may be required and/or assigned by the host. Please help out if timers are requested.

● Spectators: There will be a one-time $15 gate fee per spectator for the day. K-12 student spectators are free of charge.

● Concessions will be available in the main lobby at the Smoothie King snack bar. Bring plenty of food to keep up energy levels as prelims ends at 2:00PM.

● All swimmers will receive temporary meet tattoos. Only people wearing tattoos will be allowed on the deck or in the spectator area free of charge. Tattoos must be worn on the back of the hand or on the forearm where it can be displayed easily.

● NCAA compliance rules prohibit athletes from being on the deck while the A&M teams are practicing. If you arrive early, athletes will need to wait in the lobby or, if tattooed, in the spectator seating area while the A&M teams are practicing.

● The top sixteen individual place finishers and top sixteen relay finishers will be scored. Individual 1st-8th place finishers and Relay 1st-3rd place finishers will be awarded medals. Girls and Boys teams placing 1st-3rd will receive trophies. Girls and Boys Individual High Point winners will receive trophies.
