• ● This meet is hosted by HCYA, let's show our hospitality. We ask parents to volunteer during the meet, see the job sign-up list and help whenever necessary.
• ● Swimmers are encouraged to sit on-deck in our designated team area.
• ● We are blessed that the weather is going to be nice . We encourage parents to utilize the outside grassy areas. Please come prepared with tents and camping chairs.
• ● Hospitality will be available to coaches but there are no concessions. Please make sure your swimmers have ample nutrition for the entirety of the meet
