Good morning Warriors!

HCYA Corporate is participating in a Texas Homeschool Convention and putting up a booth.  We have created some advertisement flyers to be placed at the booth.  

HCYA is requesting that we have persons from our swim team attend and help set up, tear down, and man the booth.  Please see message below with a Google form attachment.  I appreciate anyone who can assist to help put out the word about our Warrior Swim Team.

THSC sent out the tentative schedule so I thought I’d go ahead and let everyone know. I also figured it would be better to give everyone time to plan around helping since the convention is in the summer. Please let me know if you can help set up and take down. Also be asking your parents if they can help out at the booth.

🗓️ Tentative Exhibitor Schedule – Plan Ahead!

Wednesday:
🔹 Exhibit Hall Set-Up: 3 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Thursday:
🔹 Exhibit Hall Open: 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.
🔹 FREE Shopping for the Public: 4 - 7 p.m. (More foot traffic = more sales!💰)

Friday:
🔹 Exhibit Hall Open: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
🔹 Dedicated shopping time: 12 - 1 p.m. (No workshops = more eyes on YOU!)

Saturday:
🔹 Exhibit Hall Open: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
🔹 Tear-Down: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. (Don’t sneak out early—we see you! 😉)
