Volunteer Help Needed at THSC!
Before I send out an email about how wonderful it was to see y'all at our banquet last night, I needed to make sure this got out to everyone ASAP to signup by Mon, May 11!
The swim team (knowledgable High Schoolers individually ready to answer questions &/or Middle Schoolers with their parent(s)) is needed to fill at least 2 volunteer slots & it would be awesome to be there to represent the swim team to bring in more interest. There are still several homeschool swimmers that do not know about this team as we are just receiving some emails asking questions! Please help & get free vendor hall passes!
Read through this email sent from our HCYA Coordinator for all sports & take a look at the signupgenius they have set up for this event. Questions or comments about this go to her, but let's try to help/get volunteer hours! Thank you so much!

***For the second year in a row, HCYA will be in the Exhibit Hall at the Texas Home School Convention!!! This is a BIG investment for us, and we want it to be a BIG success for all our programs. Please share this signup with your program's members so that we can build all the programs and the whole HCYA family!
Please note the following IMPORTANT items:
- Each program MUST fill at least TWO volunteer slots.
- All programs that fill at least THREE slots will earn their volunteers 90 minutes of FREE Convention Vendor Hall shopping after your shift! (for the last shift on Saturday, you can come before you serve).
- If you are ALREADY PLANNING to attend the convention (ie: have purchased your own ticket) your service at the HCYA booth will still help HCYA and your program to meet the minimum requirement. Please note this fact in the "notes" section of the sign-up so we can better manage the vendor badges that we need to purchase.
- All volunteer signups must be completed by Monday, May 11. If all spots are full, please email Stacy Schochler and she can add you to the wait list.
- After signing up, if a volunteer does not show up (or find a sub if they can't make it) their program will be charged $25 for the vendor badge.
- We are required to have at least one person at our booth at all times. If you see an empty slot please take it, if you can. THANKS!
- Please plan to wear either your team t-shirts/jerseys, with the HCYA logo, or click here to let us know your size so we can get you an HCYA t-shirt.
