Good afternoon, Warrior Fam!

I know some may be wondering...We just got word that the HS Sprintathlon is still a "Go" for Sat!! The Angleton coach there will let us know if anything changes & we will immediately get the word out to everyone. I am still getting around to doing the GroupMe & you should be added soon so I can get out faster communication for Sat. In the meantime, please keep checking emails & our Swimtopia for all info related to our swim meets! There will be files to click on to see the facility map, warm up, timeline, & psych sheet, etc.

*Check In with Coach Allison: 8:00 am

*Warm Up: 8:25 am

*Meet Start: 9:30 am

Swimmers & Families, please be ready for rain! There is a covered section with bleachers for spectators to watch races along the diving/boys pool side. There is room to walk over to watch for a bit & then go back to sitting if you don't get there early enough to grab those seats. 

The team will be setup next to the wall right as you enter the facility. That's where swimmers will meet me & check in! There are usually some smaller bleachers there for us, but also bring a chair that can be set up in front of the bleachers under the canopy. 

**If any 1-2 families have a canopy to bring for our team, we would surely appreciate it! For those that sit outside of the facility in the grass, you'll also want to bring canopies/chairs.

• Estimated timeline is approximately 12:30 with no breaks...so more likely 1pm.
• We need timers!! Parents, please volunteer as often as possible as HCYA has always had amazing helpers & the host teams are very grateful.
• We are running two pools
• Entry fee is $6.00-  *Go Fan Tickets Only* 
• No cash entry. QR code will be shared later for ticket purchase
• Concessions will be available
• You may drop your swimmers off and then park on the home side of the stadium
• If we have any parents who are TISDO and or USA Swimming officials (you do not have to be certified high school officials for this meet), please come out to help! Please contact our Meet Referee Jo Fojtik- [email protected]
